Planning and Zoning Commission

 

The Village of Bosque Farms Planning and Zoning Commission was formed under the authority of the New Mexico Statute 3-21-1 for the purpose of promoting health, safety, morals or the general welfare of the Village and may regulate and restrict physical development within its jurisdiction.

The Planning and Zoning Commission is made up of five commissioners appointed by the Mayor to two year terms with approval by the Governing Body.

The Planning and Zoning Commission is required by New Mexico Statute to meet at least once a month. The Commission currently meets the first Monday of each month in the Village Council Chambers in the Village Office Complex. The Agenda for each meeting is posted two weeks prior to the meeting.
