The Bosque Farms Police Department is a 24 hour a day, 7 day a week, full service law enforcement agency located about 15 miles south of Albuquerque. We have 15 sworn officers and 2 civilians on staff. We are a progressive, proactive department that provides professional services not only to the citizens of Bosque Farms, but also for the citizens in the adjoining Town of Peralta. Our officers receive advanced training well beyond the state standard and specialize in many areas, including DRE, crisis negotiation, SWAT, firearms instruction and crash reconstruction.

If you think you have property that has been held for “Safekeeping” by our department, please call 505-869-2358 to speak with our Evidence Tech to make an appointment to retrieve the item(s). Items that have been held for a significant amount of time will be destroyed after several reasonable attempts have been made to contact the owner.
If you have property that was collected in association with an arrest or as “Evidence”, feel free to call to learn the status of your case and the possibility of returning items. Please remember this also requires the District Attorney’s approval and may take some time.
