Mission Statement
The Village of Bosque Farms Municipal Court operates an open, efficient and fair Court for everyone appearing before the Judge. The court ensures due process for all persons and acts in a fair and impartial manner in all decisions that are made in accordance to Village laws and ordinances.
Statement of Purpose
The Purpose of the Municipal Court is to provide adjudication of all violations of the Village Bosque Farms Ordinances that occur within the Village of Bosque Farms, NM.
The courtroom is a formal and serious setting where judges hear matters involving real people with real lives.
At all times you are expected to behave with decorum and treat everyone in the Court with respect. A copy of court policies that details what Court staff can and can not do is posted and available for download here.
Municipal Judge
Our current municipal Judge is the Honorable Ginger Eldridge.
Judge Eldridge was elected to a four-year term as municipal Judge in 2023.

HOURS OF OPERATION
The Court Office is open
Monday Through Friday 7:30am-4:30pm.
The office is closed during Federal Holidays, training events, snow days, and court sessions. Phones will not be answered during these times but you may leave a message.
Court is held every other week on
Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9:30am.
Bad weather and personal schedules may result in different hours posted on the Court Office door.

WEDDINGS
We do weddings within the Village of Bosque Farms limits.
There is no charge for this service. Contact us for more information.

ZOOM is available for hearings and trials. You may sign in for your court date using the link below.
A request for remote hearing form should be completed five days prior to court, as well as the contact information provided on the Court Rights form be provided. Without this completed form, the court will not check Zoom for defendants.

If you need a translator, you will need to complete a request for translator form. A request for a translator needs to be completed as soon as possible so the court can arrange for one.

PAYING CITATIONS ONLINE

You can now pay your citations online at CitePayUSA with a credit/debit card of an electronic funds transfer from your bank account. There is an additional fee for this service, this is on top of your citation.
To make a payment you will need
- traffic citation number on the citation or
- the court case number and
- your date of birth.

ONLINE DRIVING COURSES
List of Accepted Driving Courses
If the Judge orders you to take a Defensive Driving Course, you are required to provide the Court with a copy of your certificate of completion for the course. If the court does not receive a copy of your certificate within the required period you will be notified to appear before the court to show Cause for Non-Compliance.
If you have been sentenced to a driving course by the judge, there are many options – online or in person – available. The Village of Bosque Farms Court does not prefer one over the any other option. You may use another course not listed here; however, the course must be approved by the State of New Mexico.

ONLINE COURSES
The judge may assign other online courses. You will need to get the information for which course you have been assigned in Court.
There are costs associated with the courses and you are required to pay all fees. The certificate of completion will be mailed to you and you are responsible for ensuring that a copy of your certification is provided to the court.
