Comprehensive Land Use Plan Status Update

The Village of Bosque Farms Comprehensive Land Use Plan provides planning strategies and policies to guide future development.  An established planning process helps to prevent changes in the development and operation of the Village that are not consistent with the intent and wishes of the Citizens. The most recent Land Use Plan was created in 2023. Village of Bosque Farms staff is currently reviewing the established plan and will look to host future workshops with the Governing Body & Zoning Commission to ensure the land use is the most up to date need and desire for Village residents.
