Traditional Option
You can mail your check to the Village Office, drop payment in the drop box in the parking lot, or bring your check or cash to the receptionist. (We recommend you NOT mail cash or put cash in the drop box.)
Credit Card Option
The Village is providing new ways to pay your water bill. First, a credit card payment option is available. You can go to the Village Office and pay your water bill with a credit card. You can also save a trip and call the Office (869-2357) to make your payment using your credit card.
Electronic Funds Transfer Option
You can also pay at the Village Office by using an electronic funds transfer from your bank checking account. To do this you must provide the routing number for your bank and your bank account number. These numbers are on your checks, so you might want to bring one with you. How It Works
The Village has partnered with Xpress Bill Pay for online payment of your water bill. When you sign up for online bill payment you create a unique password that you use to access your personal account at the Xpress Bill Pay site. Every month they will send you a reminder email to let you know when your bill is online.
Then, just log in through your Web browser and view your bill, which will be similar to the postcard statement you’re familiar with.
Select a payment type – credit card, debit card, or electronic funds transfer – enter the information, and you’re done.
You can also choose to “Auto Pay” so you’re bill is automatically charged to your credit/debit card or deducted from your bank account each month on the date you select without any action by you. You still get the reminder and the notice that the bill has been paid. And there are no fees with “Auto Pay.”

How To Sign Up

Go to the Xpress Bill Pay site.

Click on “Create a free account.”

Follow the instructions on the screen. You will need a valid email address to create an account. You create your own unique password as part of the registration process.

Go back to the Xpress Bill Pay site and log in using your email address and password. The “Add e-Bills” page appears. Follow the instructions on the screens to add us to your Xpress Bill Pay account.
Once you’ve created an account, you’ll be able to go online at any time to view and pay your bills.
