Deputy Clerk

  • Full time, salaried, non-exempt
  • The Deputy Clerk assists the Clerk/Administrator in directing the activities of the Village including but not limited to
    • Performing Administrator duties in the Administrator’s absence
    • Coordinating grant and funding applications and administration
    • Work with Treasurer to reconcile bank statements and complete DFA reports
    • Other tasks as assigned
  • Minimum Requirements
    • Bachelor’s Degree and/or 5 years experience in local government administration, to include 3 years supervisory experience
    • Must possess a valid NM driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record
    • Must be able to obtain the designation of Certified Municipal Clerk

Utilities Director

  • Full time, salaried, exempt
  • The Utilities director will oversee all Water/Wastewater activities for the Village including but not limited to
    • Manages operations and maintenance of water and wastewater utilities
    • Performs needed preventive maintenance and repairs
    • Oversight of the department’s budget and purchasing
    • Supervision of Utility employees
  • Minimum requirements
    • Must possess a valid NM driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record
    • Five years Water/Wastewater Experience
    • Level IV Water/Wastewater Certification preferred

Utility Operator

  • Full time, hourly, non-exempt
  • A utility operator shall perform water/wastewater tasks including but not limited to
    • Operation of Water/Wastewater Utility
    • Meter reads
    • Sampling and Compliance testing
    • Repairs and maintenance
  • Minimum Requirements
    • A high school diploma or equivalent
    • A valid NM driver’s license and satisfactory driving record

Planning and Zoning Administrator

  • Full time, hourly, non-exempt
  • The Planning and Zoning Administrator enforces zoning ordinances regarding land use and other related tasks including but not limited to
    • Oversight of applications for commercial, agricultural and residential land use, including reviews for conformance with Village ordinances
    • Ability to compose correspondence, reports, agenda and other materials required for planning and zoning activities
    • Coordination and mediation between staff, residents and other related parties
  • Minimum Requirements
    • Associate’s degree in urban or rural planning/public administration and/or two years experience in local government administration dealing with planning and zoning
    • Must possess a valid NM driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record

 

Emergency Medical Services Director

JOB DESCRIPTION: The Village of Bosque Farms seeks to hire a Full-Time EMS Director to oversee all emergency medical services within the Village of Bosque Farms.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: high school diploma or GED, 21 years of age, must be NM Licensed EMT-Paramedic, CPR and ACLS Certified, considerable experience in emergency medical services, preferably with some supervisory role or any combination of experience, education and training that provides the knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to perform the work and able to pass a background check. Salary is DOE
