The Bosque Farms Police Department takes complaints against its members seriously. Citizens have the right to expect fair and impartial law enforcement services. Officers should be free to exercise their best judgement and initiate action in a fair, impartial, unbiased and reasonable manner. Constructive critiques are important to improve communication between officers and citizens. When a complaint is received, we will investigate and correct deficiencies that are identified so that we can be the very best for the community.
The most appropriate person to file a complaint is the person experiencing the alleged misconduct. Parents/Guardians should file the complaint on behalf of their juvenile child. The juvenile child may be asked questions concerning the complaint with parental/guardian permission.
Every effort shall be made to facilitate the convenient and courteous prompt receipt of processing citizen complaints.
